I am thrilled to be an official member of the 2009 US Solheim Cup team. The 2009 Solheim Cup Teams were announced yesterday, during a press conference at the final of the RICOH Women’s British Open Golf tournament. The Solheim Cup is set to take place from August 21st until August 23rd, at Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Illinois. I feel honored to be part of a team comprised of such talented athletes including Brittany Lincicome, Morgan Pressel, Brittany Lang, Christine Kim, Nicole Castrale, Kristy McPherson, Angela Stanford, Cristie Kerr and Paula Creamer, with Captain’s picks Juli Inkster and Michelle Wie. Come out to cheer on the US team if you’re able! It will truly be a tournament to remember!
