Both Sorenstam and Natalie Gulbis are indeed slated to team in the $960,000 women’s team event beginning at The Vines on December 7, which pits an international side against Team Asia in the style of the legendary Ryder Cup competition. Organizers can already boast 10 of the world’s top 20 ranked players in the field, but Karrie Webb is a notable absentee even though the tournament being held in her home country. |
